  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver all across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation.
  • Our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make the payment.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. KitchenJadu is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier service issues, severe weather, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number along with photos of the package and product so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
